Since there are no surviving slaves, it is abundantly adequate.
None of the reparations benefit the slaves themselves. The whip never touched these students and many of them may not even be related to slaves!
Here’s a great idea. These blacks should just start their own nation.

So, there you go. That means we have even less rights than the former slaves because they were here first.
I identify as a former slave. I demand a share.
Tell the “Association” to take care of all the Blacks who still insist on enslaving themselves to drugs, poverty, poor education, idleness, out of wedlock babies, crime, murder of other blacks, and “hating the man!” They lynch themselves!
The huge percentage of blacks involved in, at least, one of the above condemn themselves to eternal slavery.
AND, NOBODY SHOULD OFFER A PENNY MORE. IT WILL ONLY ENCOURAGE CONTINUED SLAVERY.
Give them a bucket of fried chicken and some ribs and send them on their way.
And I have to wonder, aren’t these students already privileged enough?
Diversity is a cancer.
Blacks owe white people reparations.
They have destroyed our cities.
They have taken out slots at universities and jobs with affirmative action.
They have been a dead weight on our economy with billions of dollars of government benefits over the last seventy years.
I want my reparations and I want them now!
DNA tests show that “blacks” from the deep south have 16% European-origin genes and “blacks” from the rest of the country have on average 20% European-origin genes. That’s in addition to some native american as well.
Many “whites” have traces of African-origin genes as well.
It is time to junk the “African-American” terminology in favor of just “American” — these are pure “Americans” - not newer comers like Italian-, Polish-, Jewish-Americans (on average these groups date from the late 1800s — on average).
Just as you don’t have many ‘English-Americans’ or ‘German-Americans’ as those cultures were completely subsumed and are nothing like the home country, we need to junk the term ‘African-American’
These are Americans.
In addition - going by what I said above - most of the protesters will have at least 16% “European-origin blood.
and where would they get that European-origin blood? It’s highly unlikely that it was due to marriages post abolition of Jim Crow laws.
What’s more likely is that these genes are from slave-owners who raped their slaves.
So the activists who are agitating for reparations are both descendants of Slaves and descendants of slave-owners.
They need to pay reparations to themselves.
There’s the story of the Mexican upper middle class guy who goes to Spain and says “your ancestors came and conquered and destroyed my ancestors”
And the Spanish guy says “what do you mean? MY ancestors stayed here. it was YOUR ancestors who came from here and moved to Mexico, lived and had kids and died there. YOUR ancestors exploited your OTHER ancestors. Don’t blame me”
It's not the money that matters. It's the principle. /S

Like the aspiring and ordained ministers in my former church, these lack any sense of Christian forgiveness and charity.
