I don’t see a good Eastern European Country on that list.

Having lived there, I would recommend Taiwan. But then you’d have to learn the language. But there are American English Speaking schools there, and the young folks are very eager to pick up English.

(Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Ukraine) - I agree, not the best. Taiwan might be a better choice.

Montenegro is probably the best bet. Standard of living can be decent in parts of Russia (if you have money)
