Especially not in cursive.

Although is it forgery only if there is “fraud” or “deception” involved? If a secretary signs the boss’ name, is it OK? I understand it can be.

However now that Cummings is dead, he can’t say that there was no deception. I guess it’s up to the new chairman to reissue the subpoenas?

When I used to sign for my boss, I was required to add a slash and my initials. That way the boss knew who signed it.
