Any functional parent would take their kid out of school if the child were sick. Why not take the child out when the school is sick?
They waste time and money on lawyer? They could hire tutors for less money. The mom or dad could quit their job
Home school. Just duh. Either you accept government incoming the upbringing of your kids or you don’t
SCOTUS declined to take up the case. Doesn’t mean they have a view on the merits just that they think it would not make for good precedent.
