If the question was, “Who do Christians believe Jesus is?”, then the right answer would be, “Jesus is the only begotten Son of God.” That doesn’t mean the student would believe it or agree with it and should not cause a problem.

Nor should answering questions about what Muslims believe.

Why aren’t the Muslim students required to answer the same questions about Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism? Are they not also “world religions”? Why only Islam?

“Why aren’t the Muslim students required to answer the same questions about Christianity...”

How do you know they are not?

“This isn’t the first case, and it was NOT in response to a question “What do muslism believe”” - Bob434

Do you KNOW that? Or assume it?

In the link you provided, Bob, the students are asked to write out ‘How would you explain the basic message of Christianity to someone who knows nothing about it?’ They are told to “describe on of Jesus’s miracles and discuss its nature. Why did he perform it?”

How would an atheist feel about describing why Jesus performed miracles?

They are asked to describe the Lord’s Prayer and how Jesus is the “Lamb of God”. They are asked to memorize the Beatitudes.

Want to explain again why Islam is getting preferential treatment?
