This would indicate to me that his investigation is indeed in earnest.
The ongoing coup attempt began at least at the beginning of the probe (likely earlier) and continued through the Mueller investigation.
He’s connecting the dots and appears to be attempting to paint a broad picture with lots of characters.

Until he charges some people it is all for naught. If they start prosecuting it may very well open the floodgates.
A conspiracy to unseat this fairly elected President, to me; would involve more than 20 people in different Federal agencies and elsewhere.
They are trying to protect themselves and probably hundreds of other people with their hand in the cookie jar in Washington.
Unfortunately, investigating the number of conspirators involved will be time consuming. - Tom
