And, 2.) the same bushies who GHWB listened to, and abandoned the Kurds (to “preserve Nato”) under a different Turkish president/govt. The perpetual ‘deep state’ shadow govt. creating situations and things that they tell themselves is for the protection of the US— when it is really about their own Beltway bandit pocket lining.
