If you watch cable or network news, all you hear about is impeachment. To the talking heads on CNN and MSNBC, it’s as if it already happened. Reps Pelosi, Schiff, and Nadler speak as if it’s a foregone conclusion, and shed crocodile tears about being “heartbroken and prayerful” over the process.
The fact is, an impeachment inquiry has yet to begin. Opening such an inquiry would require a full House vote, making vulnerable representatives in districts President Trump won handily in 2016 go on record in favor of removing a duly elected president for the high crime of doing his job.
A formal impeachment inquiry also gives Republican representatives subpoena power, something the Democrats don’t want, as many inconvenient facts may emerge, such as Rep. Adam Schiff being a fact witness in the actual impeachment process. What did Schiff know and when did he know it about the Ukraine whistleblower?
CNN is giddy over impeachment, especially after two years of telling its handful of airport viewers that, “The walls are closing in on Trump” over the nothingburger Mueller investigation and report. Left with egg on their faces, they want nothing better than to see Trump impeached and removed from office, affirming their ability to create a presidency, as in Obama, and destroy a presidency, as in Trump.
CNN ran a headline: “Trump's impeachment polling is historically unprecedented” followed by a lead sentence, “The poll numbers are in on impeachment, and it's not good news for President Donald Trump.”
CNN claims, “Americans are more eager to impeach Trump now than they were at similar points in the impeachment sagas of Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon.” Are they really?
Polls are different now than 20 or 30 years ago, a time when they were used to reflect

Notice the phraseology of CNN:
“Americans are more eager to impeach Trump now than they were at similar points in the impeachment sagas of Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon.
Sure they are
I’ve heard people say, in my presence, as if it were going to set me off “I wish someone would shoot him”.
I laugh at every one of these dulcet exclamations as they demonstrate their abject failure as an American Citizen
and as pathetic human beings, who really are cowards.
I call them out on the spot, ridiculing them and with some laughter:
“That you would insist on outsourcing your truly vile idea demonstrates not only are you a coward but, that are truly an idiot savante.
Have you considered the outcome of that event?
If you think Trump putting his name on buildings, clothing lines and golf courses is gauche, imagine how many buildings, roads, bridges and schools his name would appear after you dummies martyr him.
And then you have President Pence.
Another one of your dumb ideas, which you should keep to yourself, so no one will ever learn how truly stupid you are”
Real Pythagoreans on the other side who just can’t do the math...
We are 4 weeks from the holiday season. America won’t be paying attention until January 5. An election year is coming at us. Congress has a few weeks and then they will go to recess.
Because the United States People (not the “American People”), have real jobs and do real work, and/or are believing in the Resurrection Promises. I
RE: United States People (not the American People)
What’s the difference?
She is using the same play book for impeachment. Because she "deemed" that impeachment started, just like magic, it started! The royal "we" rules the day.
Article 2, Clause 5: The House of Representatives .... shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.
This means action by the WHOLE House by a vote, not by decrees from Queen Nancy, Princess Omar, Princess 'MFer' Tlaib, Princess Ocasio-Cortez, Grand Inquisitor Nadler, or Torquemada Schiff.
If Trump were to be defeated, which I don’t expect, the next four years will all be about trying to send him to prison. They will never let up.
The media’s holy grail is toppling a Republican president. They are obsessed with it. It’s actually about the election campaign. They saw that whores’ claims didn’t work.
Has there been a vote in the HOR for impeachment yet or is this still part of the non-impeachment impeachment?
RE: Has there been a vote in the HOR for impeachment yet
Trump has been asking Pelosi to get on with it since last week.
I think the script calls for one more whistle blower.
The left mind f*cks people by words and altering language. “Impeachment” is being implanted into the minds of the stupid, weak and emotional people.
It’s not boring, rather infuriating.
Writers write and talkers talk. If nobody reads or listens they are out of a job. Subject no interesting? Guess what, no audience. So far that does not seem to bother the media.
Haven't watched TV in YEARS, except for one PBS show.
Granddaughter got married in Las Vegas this weekend, so we had to stay overnight and watch over-the-air TV before the wedding.
EVERY SINGLE news channel nattered on and on about the whistleblower and impeachment. I got so pist I wanted to throw my shoe at it. Turned it off, left the room and donated $50 to the slot gods.
