It’s not about whether the Democrats/Leftists could pass the bill in the house.
When the bill is raised the minority party will get to call witnesses & examine the witnesses on the attacking side. There is no impeachable conduct, no evidence of high crimes just a load of false indignation. Continuing the farce won’t change the final outcome in the Senate or at the ballot box in November 2020.
It is very sad how corrupt the House has become under Democratic leadership.
What makes you think they will follow normal protocol?
