The shooting took place at around 1:30 a.m. (6:30 a.m. GMT) on Sunday morning at a bar at 10th and Central Streets in Kansas City, Missouri, the United States, reports say, citing the Kansas City police.
Nine people were shot in the gunfire, four of whom were killed, Thomas Tomasic of the Kansas City Police Department said, adding that the suspect is not in custody.
No further information is available at this time, according to law enforcement.
