My take on what Limbaugh said is that he does not believe people like Jim Jordan, Devin Nunes, John Solomon when they say they've got conclusive evidence.
Maybe Limbaugh is not making his thought clear, and he's just saying he doesn't believe there will be criminal prosecutions or some other accountability. He seemed to go that way later in the show. Link to transcript above.
I don't trust Limbaugh, but bless his heart for taking parts of the "slightly smaller federal government" message out to an audience. I remember when he gave Arlen Specter air time and let Specter lie about "Republican Main Street" in order to advance Specter's election chances. Was a big tell to me.
Its bad enough we have to stomach shep and juan but when they continue to hire garbage criminals like donna brasille as a point of reference for the other side, we don’t need a view from the other side we already know they are all pukes out to destroy us
When I see words such as “yelled”, “bellowed”, whined”, used in describing Limbaugh’s speech I stopped reading.
Strange that the Daily Beast would offer such a slanted critique of a Conservative radio talk show host. They’re usually so fair and objective.
I thoroughly believe Nunes, Jordan, et al have the evidence. The evidence is overwhelming. It’s spilling out of their offices, into the hallways, down the stairs, and into the parking lots. Tom Fitton has enough evidence to Manafort all of the bad actors and put them away for 1000 years.
Will it happen? Probably not. There is no will to prosecute these low life, trough slopping scum sucking barnacles.
Our task is to figure out how they became so effin untouchable. We have to identify every damn elected politician who is resisting the idea of prosecuting and rout them out. Throw Klieg lights on them. Demand that they do their jobs, or get thrown out. By whatever means necessary.
The dems decided to eliminate the rule of law. Fine. They can live with that choice. It’s a two way street.

Now that we know the truth, the reason nothing happens is not *them*. It’s *us*.

By that, he means that prosecution for a crime involves finding a criminal statute to associate vs. the facts.
I've been half-ass doing that for a year and a half, and the really really bad conduct is not illegal. The public perception and expectation is unrealistic, based on some imaginary law and just sense of "justice."
I think the sense of justice is right. I'm mad as hell, outraged. But people will be shocked to find out how much unethical and downright dangerous conduct is legal, or at least not criminal.
I am pretty excited about the prospect of Trump filing civil suits. THAT part of the law covers personal wrongs that are not crimes. Nobody goes to jail, only money damages, but civil suits can be used to illuminate just how corrupt and dishonest our government is, and how much our government was involved in throwing the 2016 election -- and probably ALL elections, when you get down to it.
That's a better explanation. Many folks here have expressed the same opinion, thus the many threads that start off with a Boom then end up with a fizzle......And because of that, the most important thing is to take back control of the House of Rep.

Leaking grand jury material is not a crime. This is "law 101," but the public is ignorant of it. It's easy to look up, but people trust that the imaginary law they hold in their head is controlling.
FWIW, grand jury violations are policed by the courts, not by the DOJ. Leaking grand jury material is a violation of court rule and punishable by contempt of court - a JUDGE (not prosecutor) initiated action. The DOJ couldn't bring an indictment if it wanted to, because there is no criminal statute for leaking grand jury.
The press is no help. See news, the House is in am impeachment inquiry, and subpoenas have been issued. Both of those assertions are 100% FALSE. Who knows? Maybe 15% of the public.
I enjoy the benefit of education, and spare time to get closer to a correct understanding, and praise God for those rich blessings.

FNC & FBN must be going nuts.....I guess they do not realize that the TV shows of Shepard Smith, Chris Wallace, Neil Cavuto, Arthel Neville, etc. have very few viewers. They are killing the “Conservative/Trump”, goose that lays the golden viewer eggs......dummies!!!
I can’t stand Fox radio news. Their top and bottom of the hour “news” broadcasts are reading verbatim DNC talking points. It’s really quite aggravating. I should change the radio channel more often when I hear their intro music, it’s not good for my health to listen to their lies.

FOX polls are always skewed to the left and I never believe them. I despise these libs on FOX as much as the next person but there are still certain shows that we need. In the am, there’s Bartiromo, Varney, Doosey, Kilmead, and others but there’s a drought in the aft. Until The Five where we must listen to moron Williams. I love Waters and Gutfeld. Then Tucker and Hannity, which is pure gold.
And Lou Dobbs, who’s been talking about the dire consequences of our immigration policies and our getting screwed by unfair trade practices and outsourcing for much longer than any other TV news host has. Lou has been way ahead of the political curve for a long time.
So yeah, the network isn’t pure garbage like the competition is. There are still some good hosts. But if the Murdoch boys had business sense they’d axe Fudge Nappy, Shep, Wallace, Cavuto, Henry, Williams, and all the other TDS-afflicted NeverTrumpers.
The six o'clock news has a liberal anchor - then a panel made up of two more liberals and sometimes Goldberg (a never Trumpers as the 'Republican'...)sits in...
Same with Chris Wallace... a few older seasoned liberals and some young woman or a 'never trumper' to represent 'a republican'... I watch it and know 65 million Americans do NOT have one person on the Sunday shows represeding them.
