My guess is that it is one of John Brennan’s Deep State stooges in the CIA.

I saw Brennan today on, I believe, Nicole Wallace.
He was still spewing the Russia Trump connection and all the other lies as Nicole just lapped it up and let him lie.
That can't be because we all know that Nicole is such a truth hawk that she would have immediately interrupted, although she "hates to do this."
