Speaking of Horowitz, where the hell is the report. Is it going to be placed in the cornerstone of some future building or what. It needs be released NOW, put those crumbs on the defense and then drive through the gaps.

It takes a lot of time to dissemble, justify, parse and obfuscate. Horowitz is a “pro” and will produce an exceptional whitewash of the facts.

Recently, Senator Graham indicated that he would be able to ask Horowitz a question “in two weeks”. This was interpreted to refer to the committee appearance he is supposed to make when the report is complete.
Reportedly, seniors in DoJ have already reviewed the results several weeks ago. Presumably, people who are implicated have also been given the opportunity to comment on portions about them (which might have triggered the impeachment offensive). It has been reported that the report has been submitted for classification review - so the Intelligence Community, as well as DoJ/FBI will have copies they are going over. An expanding circle of insiders already know what it says.
So it is possible that the impeachment is a defensive strategy, in reaction to the IG report - or investigations resulting from criminal referrals out of the IG.
Two weeks. Two weeks EXACTLY.
Sadly we are probably better off without it, at least this way people can still have hope.
