I love Louisville. It’s nowhere near as bad as Seattle or Chicago. It’s got its problems, but I’m free to CC here and there is some awesome beer and food here. and traffic is wonderful.

And when I want a nice “seattle feel”, I just go to “The Highlands”.

I would think the bums would take advantage of these to sit on instead of standing or sitting on the sidewalk...

Louisville used to have the Red Star Tavern that had the best cornbread appetizer. It was like cake.
