This makes Biden look like he is scared of the truth, which is coming out, about his son's activities in the Ukraine; and, how he used the office of the Veep to pressure the Ukranians to not prosecute Hunter Biden.

Yeah it's a screw-up. Rather surprising to me to see something like this occur - typically there's polished deflection, smooth dissembling and the like with a willing media at the ready to assist. That sort of calculated coolness has gone right out the window, straight to "Help!! Somebody make it stop!!". Definitely panic in the air, blood in the water.
