Sarcasm aside, had he encouraged William Barr to do his job and brought forth indictments on at least the low hanging fruit (McCabe, Strock, possibly Comey) it may have sent a message to some other bad actors that there are consequences to illegal behavior. As it stand now even the declass order seem to be a case of “well if it’s alright with you guys you can declass the stuff you want to”. He should demand the declass forthwith or heads will roll.
