I was born during the Eisenhower administration, but just barely. JFK was sworn in a couple of weeks before my first birthday. I confess, born in 1946.
Was 2 feet away on the curb from candidate for the nomination JFK as he passed my sister,grandmother and me in a convertible after we watched him speak. But I was still a Republican even then. Just was crazy about politics.
