Interestingly, Indians seem to have no problem finding other Indians to hire in IT. It’s only Caucasians they have a hard time finding to hire. Why do you think that is?

Or, do you have a problem with that?
I’ve been in the IT business 40 years. In that 40 years American companies have imported several million foreign workers under the ruse they could not find enough qualified Americans.
Problem is, there were and are plenty of qualified American workers, they just don’t want the job at 1/2 the market rate and no benefits. They don’t want 70hr weeks.
Whereas Indian, Chinese, Korean and Pakistani workers will take the jobs under those terms and the crazy indentured servitude H-1B requires.
But, apparently you think that is a good thing.
