House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on Friday demanded the Trump Administration hand over the whistleblower complaint alleging the President and his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani sought to manipulate the Ukrainian government into assisting Trump win the 2020 presidential election.
Pelosi accused the Trump administration of violating federal law for withholding the whistleblower complaint from Congress.
President Trump knows this is just a Deep State hit from a highly partisan snitch, so he asserted executive privilege over the document.
Pelosi warned President Trump that if he has done what has been alleged, then he is stepping into a dangerous minefield with serious repercussions for his Administration and our democracy.

I would like Trump to pull out the NDAA and finally put an end to the two-century-long democrat shitshow.
I DEMAND that Pe-LOUSE-e resign immediately and leave this country. Her criminal family should be investigated by the IRS and an independent prosecutor
They want the charge to be public while the whistle blower is anonymous...They could just as easily get the whistle blower to expose the charge to honest Adam Shifftless...Funny how the person gave the info to the NSA but wouldn’t give it to Congress...Trying to get Trump’s fingerprints on the thing...
Evidence means nothing...It’s the ‘charge’ that will fuel the media and public opinion...
Or will we accept the 2020 results when Trump is removed by election fraud?
Heres the plan as I see it. The media is scared that Biden is going down with the info that has been out there for a while on Hunters fraud. This leak came about because of that. The Dems need to try to make a Russia 2.0 out of this to take the heat off of Biden.
However, there is a funny coincidence hidden in the reporting to date. John Solomon, (The Hill), reported that Rudy Guiliani was asked by the State Dept. to talk with the Ukrainian top lawyer, which he did, and on 11 Aug he debriefed 2 State Dept. senior officials on his meeting. On 12 Aug. the whistle blower filed his complaint/allegations. Did he/she get tippedoff by State of the debrief and was told to file the complaint?
When the ICIG sent the referral to the DNI it was obvious that it did not fit the IC whistle blower laws because it was not concerning IC community issues. The DNI sent the complaint/allegations to the AG, who also agreed that it did not fit the whistle blower law. The leaker then leaked to Schiff and the WaPo.
It is possible that the whistle blower, even if not still an active employee, may be looking at espionage charges for leaking classified conversations to Schiff and WaPo. It may also be that the leaker did not have authorization to have access to the conversation/transcript. The AGs involvement is what makes me opine that the leaker is in trouble. Also possible is the ICIG having misread the statute to determine that this non IC community allegation met the criteria of the whistle blower act, (possible dismissal as the IG).
I am more inclined to believe this an attempt to take out Biden and blame Trump for misconduct. Usually the MSM just ignores stories they don't want to report on. The Ukraine story has been circulating at Fox and other conservative sites for quite some time, but virtually non existant in the MSM until a few months ago.
