HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A Pennsylvania state lawmaker is facing child pornography possession charges after authorities say a social media website told them the user had uploaded an image using their service. The state attorney general’s office said Sen. Mike Folmer was arrested and charged Tuesday night.
Investigators allegedly found images of child pornography on Folmer’s cell phone when they executed a search warrant at his house in Lebanon County.

He is best known as the prime sponsor of the law that legalized medical marijuana in Pennsylvania. Otherwise his legislative achievements are unremarkable. He is also known as a former term limits proponent who changed his position on the issue and ran for an additional term in office.

I don’t know. He may not have downloaded the picture. Someone may have sent it to him. It just sounds a little too convenient. Or he might be guilty as charged.
We’re making progress. This was a sitting state senator. They usually don’t get busted until out of office.

In 1986, Folmer was elected to Lebanon City Council as a Democrat. He switched to R at some point along the way.
There is no cure for that type of behavior. Perhaps permanent banishment where they can have(and Keep) all the porn they want.

My guess is a fair number of Republicans who chose 'not to run for family reasons' were pushed out by thugs in intelligence who set them up in the first place... I'm guessing men like Epstein's friends - who not only looked at kiddie porn, but took part in child rape - will get a pass. Remember - ALL of the men who went to Orgy Island were democrats... most had donated to Clinton 'charities'... or the Foundation. AND the press had NOT cared about outing them... or even giving a damn. There could be reasons for that...
Decent people condemn Epstein and his birthday gift of two twelve year old children to rape - and probably murder. But it appears 'the press' did not care... Why? 'Intelligence' didn't leak any hints on how to track down the two raped children. Wonder why? Men like ABC's George Stephanopoulos, and NPR's Charlie Rose attended a small private dinner party at Epstein's Mansion in New York AFTER Epstein had been convicted of sexual abuse of a minor... I'm sure there were other members of 'the press' who hung out with Epstein. Why the crickets? But if thugs in intelligence are going to use this tactic - it needs to be used equally. Get all of 'em. Democrat AND Republican. Because I'm guessing the ratio of child rapists would be about a hundred to one. For every one Republican there's probably a hundred or a thousand democrat abusers...
Yes, we need to go after child rapists - but all of them... those in Hollywood - those in DC - and NOT just Republicans running for office...
Good Points. I have repeatedly said that I’m not concerned about the truth, it’s the lies I worry about. Just the mention of child anything gets you in big trouble.
It’s strange how so few people know what our elected officials SHOULD be doing.
