This gaffe was actually an interesting one.
Usually Joe realizes it when he makes a gaffe and after he says it he pauses, then starts mumbling incoherently as he tries to figure out a way to rescue himself.
In this case he did not pause after he said it—so it may not have registered with him at all.
That is a subset of a new category—Public Policy Dementia.
Joe’s family will need to donate his brain to science.

But that’s not lasting, progressing, chronic. And it’s not limited to just the elderly. I had a UTI when I was in my 20s, but had no idea that I had one because I had none of the symptoms that commonly present. I had no incessant urge to void the bladder, no burning sensation while voiding. But I did lose my mind and my consciousness, passed out and was diagnosed in the ER, responded quickly to abx and have no been demented since.
Those extra 7 states 0 mentioned must have an awful lot of women.

She’s not a medical dr.. She is always referred to as Dr., followed by a brief pause, followed by her name. Dr. Jill Biden. Meanwhile, our Sec’y. of Health and Human Services is a medical dr., Dr. Tom Price. But that’s not how you’ll ever hear him referred to by our fake news jockeys.

You’re right. It’s an insult to anyone for these Biden handlers to try and fakeout the public with explaining away his obvious dementia as gaffes. All we can do is pray that that the natural process will accelerate and it becomes obvious that the lights are on but nobody’s home.
