Cedar, we are not just talking about Saudi Arabia, we are talking about a worldwide vital commodity. This commodity affects every single country, every company and every household on earth.
Think about the implications of that. Please. There has to be some global stability to this commodity.
This is a fact of life. There is no argument about this fact.
So, who has the power and ability to ensure the free flow of this worldwide commodity? There is only us. No one else. Just us.
And, if we abrogate our responsibility what happens to our world. Total chaos.Now there are some who couldn’t care less. I understand this. I am just not one of them.

Saudi Arabia has led the world’s nations in buying weapons in the last two years. Surely they can do a decent job of defending their own oil supply without have us jump in.

A bunch of sources on the internet...some for/against. But really interesting information about Saudi buying up huge amounts of weapons from us.
