America just exceeded Saudi Arabia in oil exports to the world and most of it flows through the Port of Houston.
You mean 28-year-old Lina Hidalgo, who was born in Colombia, became a citizen seven years ago, and never attended a meeting of the Harris County Commissioners Court when she decided to run for it?
