I honestly don’t know. It’s real and for sale, but I’m not sure if it’s sincere or if it’s somebody being a wiseass. I suspect the latter.

Yes, I keep assuming it’s satire. All the reviews reference the rumor that Mrs Obama’nation is a transgender. I always assume it’s a rumor, because her hips are too female wide.
