With the TPTB continuing to attack marriage, make women unhappy and making marriage so unattractively economically and family life for men, you are right. The only ones that will reproduce are those with nothing to lose (immigrants, poor groups).
They are doing this deliverately because it lays the foundations for them to take away more freedom and liberty as more of “society” acts lawless.
According to the left, the students who behave well don’t deserve to be in a safe, non-disruptive environment but the disruptive students are entitled to impose their bad behavior on everyone.
With the identification of black and white students, it is obvious the article is trying to paint a disparity between the two social groups concerning suspension percentages. That would work for me except the addition of the two groups indicates that they combined are identifying only 28.8% of the total populous and 35.8% of the total suspensions.
Looks to me like the suspensions that were handed out to the other racial groups far outweigh the ones handed out to the black and white groups. I get the feeling the libs are entertaining the wrong groups concerning the safety of their students. Another “feel good” bil from the California liberal/socialist machine that is done back a$$wards.

That is a double win for the left. The normal students will find school so disruptive that they won’t learn anything and the disruptive children will grow up to be violent criminals.
Thus legitimizing disruptive behavior at the expense of *all* students. Of course, the left doesn’t really want students in school to get an education, only indoctrination.
Seems the classroom will become a combat zone. How many teachers will put up with the defiance this ruling will produce. I won’t....

Same with cops - who wants to be a cop when criminals can spit on you with impunity? I wonder how many cops have decided to simply collect the check, wait for the pension and let criminals run loose.
Teachers won’t have that luxury, they can’t simply ignore the problem. The problem will be in their faces every single day.

I imagine if they instituted a ban on failing students, the number of student failing would also go down.
Teachers are taking the earliest date of retirement, leaving cali to teach in other states or just going to work in banks to escape the out of control violent school environment.
Look for teachers unions to get rid of any form of required/mandatory arbitration and demand that teachers can opt for our legal system at any time they wish.
A few good judgement against the school districts for failing to provide a safe working environment and they will break those school districts.
Like many others we are leaving cali and taking every asset we can with us.

The school shooting in Florida, I think it was Stoneman High- wasn’t that school doing the same type of thing? That didn’t work out too well for them.
One thing they will never, ever, ever do... is find out if black teachers are also suspending black students at a higher rate than they are white students.
Only in terms of absolute numbers.
In relative terms, the "other racial groups" were given fewer suspensions - i.e., the per capita suspension rate was lower among the non-black-non-white pupils.

Too late! They already determined that Black teachers do indeed suspend Black pupils at a higher rate than they suspend White pupils.
But - It's because the Black teachers have unwittingly "absorbed" the System's inherent racism, dontcha know?

I don’t mind the rules on public schools, since they are run and paid for by the government (so they can do as they wish) and every parent who puts their kid in those schools understands the same.
But he needs to keep his hands off of PRIVATE schools - he has no business there.
Been happening just like that in the NYC public schools for years now, and has hit the accelerator pedal under DumblASSio. Now teachers have to fill out considerable paperwork--in addition to the considerable paperwork they already have to fill out--about what disciplinary measures they tried to improve the student's behavior, etc.--like it was THEIR fault little Tyrone picked up a chair to bash someone else--to justify a suspension, ESPECIALLY if the perp is a BLACK student. Then, good luck getting a suspension---and the kids well know it. So basically, they can act like total thugs with impunity, green lighted by mental failures like DumblASSio.
