When was the last time a monarch refused assent of anything out of Parliament, no matter how evil?

I think it was 1701.

Well, 1701 wasn’t that long a time since 1649, when Charles I lost his head over taking on Parliament.

Very risky...

Close, 1708 was the last time the monarch refused her assent, in regards to the Scottish Militia bill. Queen Anne, specifically.
