Law schools do not turn out Constitutionalists, and they do not get nominated to the federal bench. Here and there a self-educated stealth Constitutionalist might climb the ladder, but thinking there is a big list of Constitutionalists in the waiting is simply wrong. RINOs are considered far-right when it comes to law.
Understood, but when I took the oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, I knew what that meant. I didn’t need to go to law school to understand those words.
