This sort of false perception by the public, thanks to the MSM, is what led to Black Lives Matter.

And now, every time it is going to rain over a few states or be hot over a few states, they have to say “30 million people are in the path of this disastrous weather.....”. With a few snarky innuendos that it is due to “climate change”, and also the fault of POTUS.
Even if it ends up the only 5 million people end up getting a half inch of rain.
