Not really big on political Dynasties myself... But of course I take any report about this kind of stuff with a grain of salt at most.
A third term for a political party is the Holy Grail... Its very very rare that a party in power for 8 years holds on for more... the sole exception in my lifetime being Reagan/Bush... Prior to that you have to go back to FDR and Truman... which was 20 years of single party presidency.. which lead to the 22nd amendment.

Its actually a lot more credentials than most folks have, unless you consider being a senator a credential for an executive job. I tend to think that prior government experience is a dis qualifier, not a credential we should be looking for.
