The bill was passed which requires Johnson to ask for a three-month extension to Britains EU membership if parliament has not approved either a deal or consented to leaving without agreement by Oct. 19
Boris will come back with the Theresa May deal with most likely the backstop limited to northern Ireland.
Parliament can either agree to it or not.
Boris will either
1, threaten that if they don’t agree to it, then he would have lived up to the above law and not go for an extension
Or
2. Delay asking for an extension or word it in a way it will be refused.
What leaves don’t get is that the EU is fed up and want them to leave, except for the Irish border question
