Switched my diet a few months ago to a very high percentage of red meat and very low carbs. I feel like this is the healthiest thing I have ever done.
Me too, carnivore for over a year, just an occasional salad or serving of frozen spinach, etc.
Down 43 pounds so far. At 6’1”, 190, I look thin, but still have some visceral fat to lose. That’s the hard part. Will have to do several two or three day fasts to start breaking that down. OMAD is not touching it. Jean size went from 42 to 36, but waist at belly button is 39.
I’m 72. I noticed something was up so I had my testosterone checked last time. 425, about midrange for someone half my age.
