Fox News’ Brit Hume spoke with Tucker Carlson tonight and said Biden’s made gaffes many times in the past, but things are getting worse now:
“The stuff you see with him more recently, for example, not remembering that when he met with the students at Parkland High School that he wasn’t still in office. He had been out of office more than a year when that happened. The fact that he misremembered that, that’s not a gaffe. That’s the kind of memory problems that people his age and indeed my age have all the time. I think the thing that may catch up with Biden over time, even among Democrats who would otherwise be for him, is the feeling that senility is overtaking him, and I think it is.”
“No one wants to say that,” Carlson reacted. “But you make a compelling case for it.”
When will the R’s start calling him “unfit” like they have done to Trump since he was elected. Biden is actually really “unfit’. He clearly has significant issues.
Just so Joe demonstrates enough mental capacity to be an empty suit on a hanger that Warren can wear, then the Dems will elect him in their primary. They invented the “vote for me, get her” shell game.
Disagree ... Remember the “vote for me, get her” Clinton concept? Biden will be the empty male suit that Warren will wear as the “woman power” VP.
Mixed feelings. I’d like the democrats to choose the most qualified person possible (not happening, since Trump is taken), but I’d also like to see Joe Biden as the nominee that President Trump has to beat. I just hope that either way they offend as many of their own voters as possible.

Brit seems to be a somewhat bitter man. I suppose he has his reasons, but I have for decades tended to think that he took himself and his opinions way too seriously.
I guess D.C. and its political life turn nearly everyone there to something close to imperious sewage.
Great point and too many politicians and judges just won't go away but they are still making fundamentally insane decisions in our lives.
All political disagreements aside, obviously he has memory and impulse control issues. He is not mentally stable.
I recognize that plenty of candidates (Warren, Sanders, etc) are perfectly stable. Just terribly evil in their policies. So it’s not a personal insult - I think he is unbalanced.
You actually have to have a brain before senility can set in.
Hume is being unfair. Biden is just stupid.
Biden has always been an idiot.
He was an idiot the last time anyone paid any real attention to him for any length of time too.
Then that gets memory-holed.
Then the cameras and microphones are on him again, and everyone sees he’s an idiot, again, and pretend to be surprised, again.
