Your average NYer is not very smart.
They are smart. The ones 3/4 through construction will put in pellet wood systems, just to get it done.
Then NY will outlaw wood pellets.
Ok... they ain’t that smart... but their abandoned sites will sell for pennies on the dollar... to a smarter someone with the clout to get utilities to their new property.
