Safe 2 Tell is the modern day version of “informing” made famous by Nazis,Soviets,Chicoms and all other blood thirsty and brutal regimes. It’s also a great way to get back at somebody who will be “swatted” if the right red flag words are used. Sh*thole NJ just passed a “law” like this.
