I think the FISA will put Comey on trial. I am willing to take the abuse this statement brings.
If lying to the FISA court is the test, it'll have to be more than just Comey. He's not the only one who signed off on the four Carter Page warrants that used the Steele dossier.

In addition, we have the lawyers and "affiants," the little guys who presented the evidence. All of them are complicit in submission of the FISA warrants.
