At current point Russia enjoys about two decades of the lowest defense spending in about a century.
Between 1925-1990 Russia almost every year outspent US of military and often by a big factor.
Just saying. But one might draw conclusions out of these facts.

The Forever War is expensive. Even the Puzzle Palace has a finite amount of money, and supporting the ‘Stan means something has to be shaved.

I’m thinking this is Fake News. I mean who tells everything they know about the other team before game day?
We probably have some awesome sh!t that we aren’t so stupid to blab about.
Of course, it was probably in Hillary’s e-mails. So there goes that line of re-assurance.

THeir economy is solely based on military. Take that from RUssia and they are a third world basket. You cannot compare their spending to ours. IN terms of sheer amount of materials they deliver themselves, they beat us

Simply because Russian antiAmericanism and enthusiasm for nuclear war in the ranks is much more raw than at the Pentagon. Sht, the cold war? they still fight WWII ...

“” “” THeir economy is solely based on military. “” “”

Where did you get it? A 1980s Hollywood movie?
Of course Russia is not Lichtenstein in that sense but that bogeyman is absurd.
The Russians aren’t coming to conquer Europe let alone US.

Pentagon got itself some nice INF bases in Romania and Poland. It doesn’t really need to waste money on Star Wars exotics. Tomahawk would do the same job at that range.

THe Russian soldier is punished if he is squirmey about nuking EUrope and nuke war.

Your average western soldier is reprimanded and demoted for warning about Russian nuclear attack.

This takes many years to accomplish.

It happened during the Obama presidency.

Bad faith irrelevant response to the topic at hand regarding the posture of aggression of RUssia.
