In the ongoing battle for the unredacted Comey Memos, and David Archey Declarations describing those memos [Backstory Here], today the DOJ filed a motion for a stay (full pdf below) against the forced production of the documents (previously ordered by Judge Boasberg).
Hat Tip Techno Fog – As a likely result of this DOJ motion, Judge Boasberg will issue a deadline on production. Whether that deadline will be 14 days or until the end of the appeal deadline (60 days from August 12) is still unknown.
[Backstory for those unfamilar] In the background of what was The Mueller Investigation, there was a FOIA case where the FBI was fighting to stop the release of the Comey memos. Within that courtroom fight Mueller’s lead FBI agent David Archey wrote a series of declarations to the court describing the content of the memos and arguing why they should be kept classified.
The FOIA fight shifted; and the plaintiff, CNN, argued for public release of the content of the FBI agent’s descriptions, now known as the “Archey Declarations”.

Perhaps someone should explain to President Trump that he is the Chief Executive Officer of the DOJ, and that he can declassify and publicly release any document he wants to.
If you believe that Trump has signed off on the larger part of a Swamp cover-up, that doesn’t really make a lot of sense.
Every person he appoints is a Bush Family re-tread or someone who was promoted by Obama.
It needs to align with the following format: “Bueller? Bueller?...Mister Bueller?”
I wouldn’t put it past Trump to “negotiate” concessions out of The Deep State. Let’s say, “I will trade a wall for letting the coup conspirators walk” or some such.

Exactly. Then all the Bush family suddenly made the extended “nostalgia” visits to the White House. Barr announced as AG pick not long after the funeral.
Back in February Wiles was reporting that Barr was the Bushes’ man that Trump agreed to put in to oversee the truce and that the Mueller investigation would be closed down, with nothing more than some yapping to come out of the Dems in Congress. That’s exactly what happened.
Trump may have negotiated some private deal with the bushiest but we sure as hell didn’t. Unless I completely miss my guess just about every freeper is determined to see these bastards face Justice and I would imagine that extends out to millions of Americans who aren’t freepers.
The only talent Bobby displays at the bar is his incredible ability to hoist that belly up to one.
