I have argued this time and time again.
If Trump were a dictator, wouldn’t the Left and the people who criticize him be in Dachau type of camps being turned into lamp shades and ashes? Or the upper reaches of Alaska being starved to death like the Soviet Gulags?
The left can or won’t ever answer my question.
The term I see most often is “would be dictator.” He doesn’t control Congress or the Supreme Court yet. But he is working on it, especially the SC.
I meant to add that my mother’s sister and her German husband were living in Germany in 1932. Some of her letters say that she thinks Hitler has some interesting ideas. By 1939 he was at war with Britain and other countries.
