Well this one predicts that if that happened McConnell would cripple himself in his rush to push a Supreme Court justice through the Senate. You can believe otherwise if it makes you happy.
The ONLY thing McConnell has been absolutely diligent about is getting the courts filled, he would be absolutely RABID at getting a justice through NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!!! It is the only damn thing I trust about McConnell, AND if something happens to her I will be VERY HAPPY McConnell is at the helm!!! WE ALL need to start holding a prayer vigil that Ginsburg passes!!!

Majority rulers call the shots with timing of appointments according to however it benefits them. Dems try it so McConnell reciprocates with Garland's delay ,stuffing their duplicitous motives back down their throat. The courts have overstepped, McConnell has made it his mission to reverse the trend with conservative, originalists, rather than progressive interpreters of the law.
Biden rule or not he'll confirm a new judge if there's a chance he or Trump won't be in charge in 2021. R's have played by Queensbury rules for too long, assuming Dems would behave likewise . HA. Fools. Mitch knows it now, imho
