It does - Trump still win the presidency even with these shenanigans (and as I point out elsewhere this case involved a Hillary elector who didn’t vote for Hillary who had already lost - not a Trump supporter.)
That’s why there’s such a push for the popular vote under the guise of direct democracy and “your vote is being stolen”
No - it’s being stolen by those who’ve flooded our nation with illegal immigrants, lauded them with social services and gifts and then given them voting rights to maintain political power. With direct democracy - California’s illegal immigrant boondoggle would’ve given the nation to Hillary.
