Sure, I hope you didn’t think I was jumping on you. There is probably a better word than fascist too. They are the worst kind of control freaks imaginable. They don’t just want to control behavior and the economy but thought, speech, language, definitions and the terms of debate. It is the most self-destructive ideology since the Nazis. And for those in power, I get that they want more power. But I cannot understand all their useful idiots out there. They are suckered by this notion that they don’t want to hurt people’s feelings - which is a good thing - but that’s an impossible goal because you cannot control what other people feel or what they would react to. And when you stifle free expression and free debate you put handcuffs on human potential. It is truly ‘deplorable’.

I posted this above, because that is the reason I view them as Nazis. It is all about control and control freaks. I realize that it is a fairly loose view of Nazism, and it is not historically accurate per se, it’s more or less my own interpretation of the phenomenon.
I do believe that the leftist movement in this country could very easily become a group of people who will kill an awful lot of people in pursuit of their political ideals, and that is if one does not already include the unborn babies that they have killed.
