Kudlow had a heart attack. Why would he need psych meds?
He does have a bit of a slur as I see it.

I honestly don’t know that he does. I know he has a history of alcohol and cocaine abuse, but I have no reason to believe he has relapsed, other than his occasional slurring on air.
