I suspect that you are correct and the Deep State knows that both Bill and Hillary could destroy them, which is why they never are charged with any crime and why the Deep State looks the other way or cooperates with the necessary “wet work” required for the various “Arkancides” that prevent the Clintons from being charged with any crimes. After all dead men tell no tales.
