An IT pro copies his clients mailbox one email at a time to an outside vendor for data transfer? BS. If he did he should be fired for utter incompetence. That was my first thought. I've been in the Corporate IT world for over 25 years, and I found this method to be one of the dumbest things I've heard and I've seen some pretty stupid IT processes.

I really doubt this escaped him. This was deliberate.
What I don’t understand is that it isn’t even a question that the Espionage Act has been torn to shreds here and NOBODY is in prison, not even a charge!
How is that possible?
