MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) President Donald Trump on Thursday sought to reassure his supporters about the state of the U.S. economy despite the stock market volatility and told rallygoers in New Hampshire, a state that he hopes to capture in 2020, that their financial security depends on his reelection.
Whether you love me or hate me you have to vote for me, Trump said.
Speaking to a boisterous crowd at Southern New Hampshire University, Trump dismissed the heightened fears about the U.S. economy and a 3% drop Wednesday in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, which was fueled by a slowing global economy and a development in the bond market that has predicted previous recessions. Avoiding an economic slump is critical to Trumps reelection hopes.
The United States right now has the hottest economy anywhere in the world, Trump said.

Yup. Freedom vs globalist socialism is the choice on the ballot.
No, I don’t.
2 red lines not to cross.
Amnesty and anti-2A.
Sure....vote for Kamala or Creepy Joe, then.
(Your 'red line' fears are unfounded, btw.)
Are you on drugs? Watch the whole thing... especially the end!
What on Earth are you talking about???
(Maybe you are on something.)
I did not vote for McCain in 2008 because of his amnesty support.
I certainly did not vote for the Kenyan from Indonesia.
I voted for the only eligible candidate on my ballot, Bob Barr.
2 red lines not to cross.
Amnesty and anti-2A.
Ditto. I really don't want to be in that position if Trump crosses either of those red lines.
He is correct. If by hook or by crook a Democrat gets into the White House by 2020 at the latest, America will be in a depression that will make the one in 1929 seem like a walk in the park. And this one will only get worse as time goes by.
The American Economy will enter the Roaring Twenties with Trump’s re-election.
“...Freedom vs globalist socialism is the choice on the ballot....”
This is at the apex of world politics and power. It needs to be stressed heavily, especially in the upcoming election. The globalist cabal is the arch enemy of the free, soverign United States. And it is under long term, heavy attack.
Too funny, and scary for me. I was going to start my imitation of the media:
“Even as the stock market struggles to recover from yesterday’s 800 point blowout caused by widespread fears of an impending recession, Donald Trump said...”
Now for the Obama version:
“President Barack Obama, fresh off reports of the lowest unemployment rate in US history, promised the country continued economic successes if he is re-elected. He went on to say...”
And what happened in 1929, at the end of the Roaring 20’s?

From tonight’s rally....
“It’s not the gun that pulls the trigger. It’s the person that pulls the trigger,” Trump said, earning a roar of approval from the crowd in Manchester.
He suggested that the closure of mental institutions led to an influx of sick individuals on the streets. Trump proposed building new facilities to get those individuals help, and implied that it would assist in the fight against gun violence.
But the president, wary of upsetting his base supporters, assured the crowd that he would not allow new laws to infringe on their access to guns.
“We cant make it harder for good, solid, law-abiding citizens to protect themselves,” he said. “We will always uphold the right to self-defense, and we will always uphold the Second Amendment.”...

Very encouraging, thank you.
I will unless he votes for gun grabbing.
Then its full commie, baby. Wake the frog up.
If he signs any gun control bill he will be a one term flash in the pan.
