Trump probably turned away 700.
I read a bit earlier it was about 150 and that sure seems likely by one picture of the crowd in front of her.
Trump said that the venue holds 12,000 and it is packed, and enough outside that they could have filled it four times over.

There were thousands of us that didn’t get in. I had to work until 2 drove 1 hour to Manchester, couldn’t find a parking spot, but made it by 4. I met a lot of great friends. It’s 11:00 now. Just got home.
Trump (the stadium workers, really) turned away a whole lot more than 700 in Manchester. I know -- I was THERE. It was more like 7,000, though I heard reports of them turning away 8,000 the next day. I had my tickets very early, as well, since I found out about it on DJT's rally event page, way before there were any local announcements about it.
Those who were turned away, but wanted to stay to watch the event on the Jumbotron were directed to a section closer to the stadium to watch it. Many others chose to leave directly after getting turned away b/c the area was a bit dodgy, and many of us had to walk quite far to get back to our vehicles. We also wanted to try to catch most of it on TV at home.
