Why do you say that? The next post, by the same poster had the link to the FAA which has the NOTAM. Anybody who clicked on that link would have seen the large letters NOTAM across the top of the page of information.

Many people know what the FAA does, for those who don't it is the Federal Aviation Administration, and if you don't know what they do, it relates to aviation -- or as Rush Limbaugh would say "for those from Rio Linda, airplanes and other things like helicopters that fly in the air"
