The article does not bother to tell us WHY Epstein’s lawyers wanted to take him off suicide watch. That request does not seem to be in the best interest of the client.

And who are these lawyers to tell prison officials what to do, anyway?

This story just gets crazier and crazier.

Without a court order they should have no more influence than you or me.

All we are hearing are fanciful tales.

I agree. It's an odd request from his own defense attorney for a man who already attempted suicide.

But it's an unnamed, unconfirmed source.

Some people want to muddy the water.

AND... if Epstein is dead, who are they going to bill for the thousands of hours of legal work they still have to do?

Perhaps someone made them a very attractive offer, and they found a way to get paid without doing any more work for Epstein.
