to qualify for permanent residence you must be able to support yourself and any families members accompanying you. That fact should be available in writing as it has been the law for more than 50 years.

Falsifying Official Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......
can involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. The preferred criminal MO to cover-up larger crimes.

Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud,
tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism.

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:

◾Tax returns and income statements

◾Personal checks

◾Bank account records

◾Business record keeping books

◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)

◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:

◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts

◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements

◾Forging a signature

◾Using official letterheads without authorization

◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants)

◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:

◾Having to pay a monetary fine

◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

Economic migrants from over 150 countries are storming our border, EAGER TO GET IN, b/c the payoff is huge. Democrats’ hysteria has not deterred them one whit.......The so-called "separated" children are abused by the migrants…...greedy migrants pass the children around pawning them off as their own kids b/c EITC checks increase by claiming children (even if they're not yours).

Children Being 'Rented' To Help Migrants Claim Asylum and Hefty SS Checks
IJR ^ | 7/14/2019 | Houston Keene / FR Posted on 7/14/2019, 8:59:55 PM by Its All Over Except ...

Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) explained how migrant children are being “rented” to help other migrants claim asylum when attempting to cross into the U.S. over the southern border.

Graham said migrants have been “renting” their children so that others can claim asylum in the U.S. and his claim that 30% of families apprehended while attempting to cross the U.S.-Mexico border are not really related.

Graham responded by saying that officials at the border have started a “pilot program” where they are testing the DNA of migrant family units at the border and that he was told of “about 60 children” who were being “recycled” at the border to allow more people to claim asylum.

“They told us about 60 children that were recycled,” said Graham. “They pick the child up in Central America, they bring them to the United States, everybody’s released, and the child goes back to Central America to do it again.” Watch the video at web site: ...

The Senate Judiciary chairman continued on to call the system that has “exploited” children “sick” and “rotten to its core.” He also brought up that “100,000 unaccompanied minors” had been apprehended at the southern border “this year alone.” “This is a sick system. It is rotten to its core. These children have been exploited. We’ve picked up 100,000 unaccompanied minors this year alone. They’re taking this journey, God knows what happens to them on the way, and when they get here 98 percent of them stay and the parents send a note [saying,] “if you want your child to come to America, hire a coyote.” (Excerpt) Read more at ijr.com ...

African migrants newly arrived at our southern border flash ‘rolls of $100 bills’
American Mirror ^ | June 16, 2019 | Kyle Olson / FR Posted by yesthatjallen (Video at link)

The “poor huddled masses” coming across the southern border may not be so poor after all. Swiss journalist Urs Gehriger recently visited African migrants who breached the border and hung out on the streets of San Antonio, Texas, waiting to go elsewhere in the country, and he met hostility from people who didn’t want to share details about their experiences, conflicted each other, and had rolls of $100 bills. In a recording played on Fox News, Gehriger asks a migrant from Congo how she got to America. She refused to say.

As Gehriger continued to ask simple questions, he said they backtracked and “were not answering at all.” “They wouldn’t tell me anything about how they got here, and then they started to get aggressive and they were contradicting each other,” he told Laura Ingraham. “One said they ran through the forest, and another said no, there was no forest, and they were actually arguing among themselves,” Gehriger said. He said they started to get “aggressive” after questions about money and help.

Gehriger believes the illegals were coached on giving answers to authorities. “I had the impression that somebody told them not to speak about it,” and acting like “now we’re here, you have to help us, give us money.” “What I found from an aid worker there, they actually do have money. Quite a few of them, because he spotted them under a tree, right in front of the shelter, counting a roll of money with hundred dollar bills,” Gehriger told Ingraham. Hundreds of migrants Congo and Angola were transported to San Antonio the week before, and city officials say they received no warning from the feds that they were coming. KENS published a story showing dozens of people milling around downtown, saying they arrived at the southern U.S. border by way of Ecuador. ETC...

AND THIS----Impoverished migrants" withdraw 4-5 figure sums......empty out Western Unions
americanthinker.com ^ | 6/25/2019 | Monica Showalter / FR Posted on 6/25/2019, 5:40:20 PM by rktman

Fearful migrants have tons of tax-dollars (collected under several identities) from their extended visa-free stays here. NOTE: Claiming "asylum" triggers hefty monthly SS checks. The Washington Examiner reports the "fearful migrants" are cleaning out Western Unions in Texas, making huge withdrawals:

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — People assisting the thousands of migrants who have arrived in San Antonio after being released from federal custody say Western Unions downtown are regularly running out of cash as a result of the high number of withdrawals being made by emigrants from Central American and African nations. “Western Union has run out for the past two-and-a-half months," said Khalid Chini, a local resident and volunteer at the migrant resource center downtown. "All the surrounding area, the Western Unions, they run out of money.” Withdrawals are running in the four and five-figure sums, according to the Examiner: (Excerpt) Read more at americanthinker.com ...

we don’t only have probs with illegals, folks.

Last night I had a gal from Baltimore who was angry we sent her a normal taxi. She complained that she needed a van because she had her kids with her. This was 4:00am. Vans hold 6 ppl; that is how many seatbelts are in them.

My dispatcher cancelled her revised trip.

She had SEVEN children with her, plus her pregnant self. At 4:00am ET. EIGHT ppl.

I can’t invent the stories I hear each night at my job, believe me.

Once again he’s come up with another solution...

Immigrants legally in the U.S. will be ineligible for green cards if they use any of an array of social programs, and prospective immigrants will be barred from entry if they can’t convince a consular officer that they will never use such programs, as part of a final rule published by the Trump administration.

That is the way it had been before the rules were relaxed over the last 40 years.

I have many people who brought their families here in the 80’s and 90’s and they were proud their parents, who had never worked in America, were able to obtain Social Security benefits and state benefits.

Outrageous.

Heck, most law enforcement refuses to do anything with immigration or diverse criminals
