These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!"

He wasn't referring to all members of the Squad. The other three never migrated to America. The "they" he was referring to was Ilhan Omar. Why the other members of the Squad thought it was a racist attack on them, shows how the Left exists in a world of fiction using whatever meaning they create to suit their purposes.
